Using peer observation as a learning tool for EFL novice teachers to foster their teaching readiness

چکیده

This study aims at investigating EFL novice teachers’ awareness and consulting their attitudes concerning peer observation of teaching as a learning tool to foster readiness. The data for the was collected through questionnaire with sample 10 teachers an interview held 5 experienced Tlemcen University in Algeria. findings showed that majority participants know use observation. They confirmed benefits help them improving themselves classroom practices. Nevertheless, they do not it accurately. Therefore, is recommended Algerian be trained its significance daily professional development.
